Spring Hill Schools is excited to announce the hiring of Fred Bouchard as the new head football coach at Spring Hill High School. With over 25 years of experience as a head coach and a remarkable 251-57 record, Bouchard brings a legacy of winning, leadership, and a commitment to building strong athletic programs.

Coach Bouchard is known for transforming programs into state contenders. His leadership has taken teams from humble beginnings to top-10 rankings, including multiple state championships. Most recently, he served as the head coach at Mary Institute St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS), where he compiled a 50-10 record over five years, including a state runner-up finish in 2020 and multiple state semifinal appearances. In addition, he was inducted into the Missouri Football Coaches Hall of Fame in 2016.

“We are thrilled to welcome Coach Bouchard to the Spring Hill family,” said Spring Hill High School Principal Marc Williams. “His passion for football, proven track record of success, and dedication to building student-athletes into powerful young adults will bring a winning culture to our program and community.”

Coach Bouchard's extensive coaching career includes successful tenures at Staley High School in Kansas City, where he led the program to a state championship in 2011, and Harrisonville High School, where he secured four state titles, three in a row. His success extends beyond the field, as he’s developed a reputation for fostering leadership, character, and a strong work ethic in his players.

“I am excited for the opportunity to build a championship-caliber program here at Spring Hill High School,” said Bouchard. “I believe in developing young people who excel on the field, in the classroom, and life. My goal is to instill a winning mindset, not just in football but in every aspect of our student-athletes’ lives.”

In addition to his football expertise, Bouchard brings valuable experience in educational leadership. His background includes serving as an assistant principal, athletic director, and executive director of HR and operations, roles in which he led successful initiatives that fostered student involvement and enhanced school facilities. Bouchard also holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from William Woods University.

Spring Hill High School’s football program looks forward to a bright future under Coach Bouchard's leadership. The community is eager to see its athletes' continued growth on and off the field.
